Questions

Do new members still get the 7 day free trial?
Yes. New members can start their trial today and will not be charged until it ends. Your 15% discount is locked in when you sign up with code NPTV15. The free trial is for first time members only. If you have had a trial or membership before, you will be charged at checkout, and the 15% discount still applies.
Can I cancel during my free trial?
Yes. If you cancel before your 7 day trial ends, you will not be charged. Just be sure to cancel before your charge date.
How will I be billed?
Annual plans are billed once a year, all at once, after your free trial ends. Prices on this page are in USD. At checkout you will see and pay your price in your local currency, with the 15% discount applied.
Can I get a refund?
Annual memberships are non refundable. If you wish to cancel, please do so before your next annual billing date.
Do I need to enter a code?
No. Each plan button on this page applies NPTV15 for you. If you ever need it, the code is NPTV15.
What happens after my first year?
Your membership renews at the regular annual price. You can manage your membership any time from your account. If you wish to cancel, please do so before your billing due date.
Do I need equipment?
No. Props add a challenge, but all exercises can be done without them for a gentler experience. Our signature props are the Pilates Ball, Free Weights, Pilates Circle, Resistance Band and Sliders.
Can I use the app?
Yes. Sign up on our website to get the Black Friday price, then stream on the NPTV app on your phone, tablet or TV.
